    Therapy with me is more like a conversation than anything else — no jargon, no judgement, just two people talking through what's going on for you.

    It can help you to:

    • Talk through what's on your mind in a space that's completely yours

    • Start to make sense of thoughts and feelings that feel confusing or stuck

    • Work through past experiences that are still affecting you today — including trauma, using EMDR

    • Pick up practical ways to manage anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm — drawing on CBT and mindfulness

    • Understand why you keep doing the things you do, even when you don't want to — using psychodynamic and somatic approaches

    • Feel more like yourself again
